TF2 surf server speak english only? It is help my unerstad waht some talk. I have one case:  some russian kids all time swear in russian language.

no serariously: i can't understand your question :)

Surf server have only speka english rules? or can speak own country language but wen all 5-18 players speak own country language it is chaos. I have see some server rules have: only speak english.
