Here you can see that it was just a craft hat inside. It's renamed and called "Небольшой набор шляп необычного типа" which means "unusual Modest Pile of Hat".
So, the guy named Butthurt (the scammer) implied that he has a gifted unusual Green Confetti Modest Pile of Hat that he was going to gift to his friend but had an argument with him recently and thus decided to sell it (he was talking over the mic). He said he's going to sell it for 8 keys. John (the victim) fell for that and traded him. Few seconds after finishing the trade Butthurt started laughing at John over the mic saying "Bye-bye john" and left.

Regarding the trade above with me, I just traded him the keys he got scammed of. I hope you'll put some time into this report and get the scammer what he deserves. Thanks.
